Take maida and make a hole in centre. Add all the ingredients as mentioned one by one. Make a smooth dough apply oil all over and cover with wet cloth for minimum an hour. After 1 hr make small balls and keep for another hour

For filling take all ingredients in section stuffing and mix well. I used mashed potatoes and grated carrot

Now stuff the filling and seal the base properly. Now roll with a rolling pin and while rolling top with fresh coriander leaves, butter, sesame seeds and roll again

Simply put on tawa and roast both sides. The oil and butter itself will help to cook and give the brown texture. You get lovely smooth soft fluffy kulcha naan roti. Enjoy with curry of your choice.
