Kachodi with green matar stuffings is really too tasty.This recipe goes well with potato curry/Masala curd/Pickles.

Take all the dry ingredients to make the dough, in a mixing bowl. Add warm water little at a time to make the dough for Kachodi.

In a small grinder jar take green peas and chopped green chilli and grind roughly without adding water.

Heat ghee on a pan. Add cumin and fennel seed and allow to splutter. Add rest other dry masalas and saute on low heat.

Then add besan and dry roast till aromatic. Now add crushed green peas and saute on low flame. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and then allow to cool down.

Make balls out of dough. Roll out each ball and place green peas stuffings. Seal the balls as shown in the photos.

Roll carefully, deep fry both sides on hot oil at medium flame.

Serve hot and tasty Kachodi of green peas, with masala curd and pickles.
