Measure out the strawberry jam and cream cheese. Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit. Light oil the pan.

Blend the jam and cream cheese. Put about 1-1/2 tablespoons of mixture on the disc.

Light coat half of the lip of disc. Carefully fold the disc. Crimp the part closest to the fold on both ends. Then crimp the rest. Add egg wash over the top of empanadas.

Bake 17-23 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
