Steps

Grease a 5 inch round cake pan with oil & line it with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 180C for 10 minutes.

Combine together sugar and oil in a large bowl till sugar is dissolved. Add in the curd and whisk well.

Sift in the dry ingredients- flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda. Mix well with cut & fold method.
Add the milk and coffee to the batter and whisk well till no lumps are left out. - 4
Pour the batter into prepared pan, add more walnuts on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 28-30 mins. Let cake cool completely, then demold it.
