Steps
- 1
Take wheat flour, chat masala, red chili flakes, and black salt to a dish and mix nicely.
- 2
With 1/2 teaspoon of ghee and warm water make a semi-soft dough.
- 3
Cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
- 4
For the stuffing, blanch broccoli florets for 30 seconds.
- 5
Strain and keep in cold water.
- 6
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and temper cumin seeds.
- 7
Add in blanched broccoli, red capsicum, and chopped green chili. Stir well in high heat.
- 8
Add in all the spices, coriander leaves, and salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes and remove from heat.
- 9
Mince the mixture so that it will be easy to stuff in paratha.
- 10
Also, mix mozzarella cheese into the broccoli mixture.
- 11
Make 3 patties from the paratha dough and roll each patty to make the thin round disk.
- 12
Stuff a generous amount of the broccoli mixture into half part of the disk.
- 13
Cover with the rest part of the disk and seal the sides.
- 14
Roast each folded paratha in a griddle on both sides with little ghee or oil.
- 15
Delicious power-packed broccoli paratha is ready now. Serve with some yogurt or raita.
