This wholesome fish curry stewed with winter fresh vegetables where onion is replaced by soothing ginger and tomato paste is really delicious and flavoursome.
Steps

Marinate the Rohu fishes with salt and turmeric powder for 10 minutes and fry them and keep aside

Now add fresh 2 tbsp mustard oil and fry the potatoes, cauliflower,parwal,drumsticks,raw papaya with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Now add another 2 tbsp mustard oil, 1 tsp Bengali panchforon, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 dry red chilli, 2 green chillies, bay leaf and chopped tomatoes. Mix well and just add 2 tbsp water. Once the tomatoes are soft add the fried vegetables and green peas and mix well

Add water to submerge the vegetables and add salt to taste. Add 1 satchet Maggi Masala powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and simmer till the vegetables are cooked

Add fried fishes and 2 more green chilli cover and finally some fresh chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice.
