In a kadai, add butter, oil and onions.

Stir until onion gets soft. Add salt, cummin seeds, capsicum,Coriander stems, green chilis, kashmiri red chilli powder, haldi powder, paneer. Stir for 1-2 min. Add smoky flavor. Filling is ready

Make a dough with maida, salt and water. Rest the dough for 10 mins.

Roll the dough, add the filling and give a shape.

Steam the momos for 15-20 mins.
