Steps

Soak figs in 2 cups hot water for 2 hours.

Blend figs with soaked water to make a smooth paste.

In a pan add sooji, khalis ghee and elaichi & cook until fragrant and sooji colour changes.

Add blended figs paste in sooji and cook for 5 minutes on low flame 🔥

Add sugar & Add chopped walnuts. Cook for 2 more minutes.

Add dry milk powder and give a quick mix. Remove from heat.

Garnish with almonds and serve hot ❤️
