In a bowl Seive all the dry ingredients. In an other bowl mash the bananas leaving few small chunks it gives really a good taste and texture to the bread then add eggs whisk well then add sugar and vanilla essence now combine it very well until the sugar dissolves.

Now mix the raisins or whichever dry fruits you are using in the dry ingredients mix and then add all the wet ingredients mix really well moving your spatula from bottom coming up to the top. Make sure there is no lump remaining. Then add the oil and milk and again mix. Mix properly but don't overmix it otherwise the bread will stiff. Now grease a baking dish or a bread mould transfer the batter in it and spread it evenly.

Give 2-3 taps and then bake it in a preheated oven at 180°c for 45-50 minutes. Once done take it out of the oven insert a knife or a toothpick to see whether its done or not. Now allow it to cool down for 10 minutes then unmould it and leave it on a cooling rack to cool down completely and then cut it into desired shape or just like bread slices. You can store it in the room temprature for about 3 days in an airtight container.

IMPORTANT
Egg sustitute for one egg 1/4 cup Buttermilk or 1/4 cup yogurt or 1/2 banana
You can adjust sugar accordingly.
Don't over beat and don't overbake.
Measure the ingredients property.
Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature.
You can use butter also in place of oil but with oil the flavour doubles.
