Put water in a pot on flame,wash your meat(I used dryfish and stockfish to make my)fish,cowskin(Pomo)stockfish, locust beans,drypepper and allow to boil.

In a container pour in your grinded ogbono and all in Palm oil and mixed using a spatula,put the ogbono on top of meat stock,as the meat and fish are boiling your grinded ogbono mixture is melting

After about 40 min you pour in your ogbono mixture in the pot of the meat stock and stir continusly,it will start to boil and rises keep on stirring,add in your seasoning and salt and Ghana pepper

And lastly add in your chopped ugwu leaves and cover to boil for 2min

Serve with any swallow of choice
