Boil baby Potatoes with salt,you can boil it in open pan or in pressure cooker, if you boil in pressure cooker, switch off the gas after a whistle only.Let then be cool,once it cool,peel the potatoes and also Keep all ingredients ready.
Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan on low flame, add potatoes and shallow fry the potatoes until light brown,remove from heat and keep aside and prick them with fork. - 2
Temper the Oil with All whole spices add onions, saute them until golden brown.Add ginger garlic paste, cook for 2 minutes.Add chopped tomatoes,saute until oil gets separated.Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder,mix and stir for 2 minutes. Now add curd and mix well while stir continuously.Add potatoes,mix with masala add salt.Add as needed water.bring it to boil cook until 3/4th portion of water will get evaporated.

Add garam masala, Maggi masala magic and coriander leaves..cover with lid and cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Switch off the gas.
Transfer into the serving bowl and enjoy with luchi or bengali style poori.
