  • 4eggs
  • 1/4 cupmonk sugar
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 2 Tbspcoconut oil
  • 2 cupsalmond flour
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • Cream cheese frosting
  • 2 packs (8 oz)cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 stickbutter (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cuppowdered monk sugar (add sugar to your liking)
  • 1 Tbspheavy cream

Steps

15-18 min
  1. 1

    Whisk eggs, sugar,coconut oil, vanilla

  2. 2

    Whisk flour and baking powder together and add to wet mix. Do no overmix

  3. 3

    Bake 18-20 mins or until toothpick is clean (about 25 mins)
