Today, let's make pasta with Chinese sausage. The flavor of Chinese sausage is already quite rich, so there's no need to add much seasoning. Pair it with colorful bell peppers and broccoli for a super refreshing taste without any greasy feel from the sausage.
Cooking Instructions

Cut the sausages into small pieces. Cut the bell pepper into chunks. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Trim the roots off the shimeji mushrooms.

Cook the penne pasta until al dente and set aside. Blanch the broccoli for 1.5 minutes and set aside.

Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Add the sausage and stir-fry until the surface is slightly crispy. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the shimeji mushrooms and black pepper, stir-fry evenly, then add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water.

Add the penne pasta, broccoli, and bell pepper, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Adjust the taste with salt.
