🌸 Mix all the ingredients to form a soft dough
Knead it for a good 15 minutes. Or until it becomes smooth. Cover the dough and leave it for proofing for at least 45 minutes. - 2
🌸 Take our the dough on a clean surface and knead it for 2,3 minutes.

🌸Roll the dough and put it in greased loaf tin.

🌸 Cover the tin and leave it again for second proofing for at least 45 minutes.

🌸 Brush it with milk and sprinkle some flax seeds on top

🌸 Bake it on 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 30- 35 minutes.

🌸Take it out and cover it with foil or plastic bag.
Slice it when cools down.
