Collect all ingredients.
First take the poha in a strainer wash it very well for 3-4 times then keep aside for ten minutes. - 2
In a pan dry roast peanut remove skin and crushed it. crush peas coarsly.chopped onion,green chilli,ginger.

Take mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, green peas and peanut crushed,grated paneer,chopped onion,green chilli,ginger and poha mix well. now add all the spices mentioned and salt. Mix all together.

Take medium size balls from the mixture make cutlet as desire's shape. prepare all cutlets likewise.

Make salary of water and refined flour without lumps dip all cutlet into it now roll all cutlet with bread crumps.rest for about 10 min.

Take a pan add oil when properly hot deep fry the cutlet on medium flame from both sides until they turn golden and crisp. remove on kitchen paper.Serve the cutlet with tomato ketchup.
