  1. 200 gmgram flour (besan)
  2. as per tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  3. as per taste Chaat masala powder
  4. as required Water
  5. as required Fresh coriander leaves
  6. As requiredCooking oil
  7. as per needTurmeric powder
  8. as required Deggi mirch powder
  9. as required Water for boiling
  10. 1 tablespoonghee
  11. as required Ginger garlic paste
  12. 4onions
  13. 2-3tomatoes
  14. 5-6green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Take a big plate, pour gram flour in it

    Add 1/2 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder

  3. 3

    Pour one tablespoon ghee in it.

    Now make a dough of this mixture with the help of water

  5. 5

    Now make small small balls of this dough

  6. 6

    Then make long pipes from the balls of dough

  7. 7

    Boil the water in a big utensil

  8. 8

    Then boil long pipes

  9. 9

    Grind onions, tomatoes and green chillies in grinder

  10. 10

    Heat a karahi and oil in it

  11. 11

    Add ginger garlic paste,fry it

  12. 12

    Then add grinded ingredients

    Then add spices according to taste

    Fry it for sometimes

  15. 15

    Pour boiled pipes and cut into smaller pieces

  16. 16

    Then add these small pieces in fryed ingredients

    Mix it well

  18. 18

    Then add leftover boiled water

  19. 19

    Cook it until gravy becomes thick

  20. 20

    Add coriander leaves for garnishing
