Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 2 tbscurd
  3. 2 tbsoil
  4. as neededwater
  5. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1green chilli
  9. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  10. 2grind onions and tomatoes
  11. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  12. 1/2 tspcumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take besan in a bowl

    Add curd, salt, oil in it,mix it well and add little amount of water, carom seeds, red chilli Powder and make soft dough (not too hard).

    Boil some water in any open utensil (cooker or. Patila). Make stick shape rolls with dough and add into boiling water.

    Boil it for 20 minutes on high to medium flame.

    Heat some oil in pan. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds and green chilli in it.

    After just a minute add grind onions and tomatoes.

  7. 7

    Fry it well and in between add ginger garlic paste, salt coriander powder, red chilli powder in it.

    Fry it completely till the colour changes.

    Now cut the boiled stick dough roll into small pieces and put in pan and add boiled water also.

    Cook it for 5-10 minutes on high to low flame.

    Now sabji is ready to serve.
