  • Spring onion
  • Chicken powder
  • Sugar
  • 甜面醬
  • 豆瓣醬
  • 海鮮醬
  • 老抽
  • Egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Diced pork, add sugar and chicken powder. Marinate for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Slice ginger, garlic, spring onion

  3. 3

    Slice cucumber and egg sheet as garnish

  4. 4

    Stir fry ginger, garlic, and spring onion. Add pork

  5. 5

    Add sauce, stir fry until pork are cooked, add dark soy sauce
