Hello foodie friends... here I am with new recipe of palak pakoda. Barish or not barish pakoda always demanding dish.
Steps

Take cumin seeds, black pepper, fennel seeds and coriander seeds in pan. Dry roast it for 30 to 40 seconds. Transfar in mortar followed by garlic cloves. Crush it with pastel.

In mixing bowl take besan, salt, Black pepper and turmeric powder.

Add water gradually and mix it. Make thick paste.

Add onion, potatoes, spinach leaves, coriander leaves and garlic paste.

Mix properly and take small portion from mixture and pour in hot oil. Deep fry it low to medium flame till golden brown or crispy. Our pakoda is ready. Enjoy...
