  2. 2 tablespoonschia seeds
  3. 1 tablespooncocoa powder
  4. 2dried plums, chopped into small pieces
  5. 1 tablespoonpeanut butter
  6. 1/2 cupplant-based milk, preferably unsweetened
  7. A fewpieces of banana

Cooking Instructions

    Before going to bed: In a small container, mix all the ingredients except the banana and place it in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours. (You can also use a small jar to eat directly from the fridge)
