Before going to bed: In a small container, mix all the ingredients except the banana and place it in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours. (You can also use a small jar to eat directly from the fridge)

In the morning: Take the container out of the fridge and place the oats in a glass. Cut a few pieces of banana or any other fruit you like, put them in the glass, and garnish with a little extra peanut butter and coconut. Add any toppings you like, such as dark or white chocolate, dried fruits, etc.
