In a pan fry white oil with bay leaves, dried chilli, small cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and fry for 20 seconds with potatoes.

If the potato is golden in color, add onion paste, ginger paste, chopped tomato and salt to taste. When the tomato is soft, add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, sugar and whipped yogurt and cook well over medium heat.

If oil is removed from the spices, it should be extracted again with the green peas in it.
Mix potatoes and green peas well with spices and cover with water for gravy. - 4
When the gravy is reduced after boiling the potatoes and green peas mix well with chopped coriander leaves, ghee, hot spice powder(garam masala powder) and serve with hot chapati / parotta.
