Ingredients

  1. 2sayote, chopped
  2. Halfcup water
  3. 1 tbspcooking oil
  4. 1chicken thigh, chopped
  5. Thumb size ginger
  6. 5 clovesgarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in wok, char the chicken first.

    Then sautee garlic and onion. Now, mix with chicken.

  3. 3

    Add in sayote and fish sauce. Mix it and add water. Cover and let it simmer until cook.
