Take a pan heat half cup oil,as oil is heated put ginger garlic paste saute for a minute after that put chopped onions cook for 5to 7 minutes.

As onion start changing it's colour add tomatoes finely chopped after that add salt according to the taste

Add all dry spices jeera powder red chilli powder garam masala,turmeric powder,coriander powder add half cup water cover the pan with a lid on slow flame

After 10 min open the lid add mashed paneer stir the sabzi again cover the lid let it cook for five minutes

After 5min open the lid of the pan stir the sabzi garnish it with coriander leaves.

Now take 1 chapati apply tomato ketchup and schzwan sauce on one side of the chapati

Now place paneer burchi on chapati add grated cheese above the burchi now roll the chapati

Take a pan or tawa heat it add 1 tsp butter let it melt place rolled chapati toast it both the sides properly..

After toasting it take it on one plate cut it into pieces garnish it with burchi cheese and coriander leaves..
