In a Kadai add Oil and ghee cooked few minutes. And then take 1/2 cup and kept a side. Remaining oil and ghee in that add Cashew nut in light golden colour and raisins till balloon. And then add rava cooked 3 to 4 minutes in low flame.

And the add pine apple and sugar cooked 2 to 3 minutes in low flame.

Add boiled water, yellow colour, remaining ghee and salt cooked 5 minutes in low flame. Pineapple Kesari ready to serve.
