Steps

Heat the pan. Melt butter.

Add in slipper lobster and garlic. Cooked till pink. Removed and leave to cool.

Chopped lobsters into bite size.

Add in mango, lemon juice, dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Mix well.

Cut the bun into half. Stuff in the lobster mixture.
- 6
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
