Just brush the ramekins with oil and break open an egg. Add salt and pepper and microwave for 20 secs and take out. Your poach is ready.

Now cut the breads into two equal halves and toast lightly with butter.

Place the lower slice add a lettuce leaf, cucumber slices, cheese slice, poached egg and tomato slices. Sprinkle some additional salt and pepper and place the other slice on top. Place a toothpeak to hold the bread together. Enjoy your sweet and salty burger style breakfast in just 5 minutes.
