Ingredients

30mins
4-6 people
  • 1big Cup boiled noodles
  • 1small cup Chopped Spinach
  • 1small cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/2small cup chopped Carrot
  • 1/2 cupchopped beans
  • 1/2 cupchopped spinach (green part)
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1small pc chopped ginger
  • 2-3chopped green chilli
  • 5-7chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsplime juice
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tsproasted cumin seeds powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1-11/2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli sauce / sweet chilli sauce
  • 4 cupswater/ veg stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly chop all the veggies very finely. Boil noodles n keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a-big pan. Add ginger, garlic & chilli to it. cook for a minute.

  3. 3

    Add onion & saute it. then add carrot, cabbage, beans & spring onion. cook for 5 mins.

  4. 4

    Then add sauces, spices & stir well.

  5. 5

    Add water to it & cook till one boil.

  6. 6

    Then add spinach, lime juice to it & cook for 3-4 boils. Switch off the flame.

  7. 7

    Take some noodles in a bowl & pour the thukpa soup in/on it.

  8. 8

    Garnish with green part of spring onion & enjoy hot soupy noodles.
