Thinly slice the onion. Peel the skin of the potato and make a round slice.

In onion add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, ajwain, and mix it well. Keep aside for 15 min. Then add besan as required to make pakoda.

In another vessel, add besan, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, and add water little by little to make batter to pouring consistency.

Heat the oil in kadhai then add onion pakoda. Fry it. Then put potato slice in besan batter then fry them in oil.

Serve hot onion & potato pakoda.
