  • 1 cupmilk
  • 4 tablespoonsGulkand
  • 1 cupdesiccated coconut powder
  • 1 tablespoonGhee
  • 1betel leaf and drop of green food colour
  • 2green Elaichi

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in a pan and once boiled add 4 tablespoon of Gulkand and mix well and cook for 2 mins on a low flame.

  2. 2

    In the mortar and pestle just add 2 Elaichi, 1 betel leaf chopped and 1 tablespoon of the coconut powder, add one tablespoon of water and just crush all the ingredients (You can also do this in the grinder but this way it taste better)

  3. 3

    In the boiling milk add remaining coconut powder and cook for few mins...now add the betel leaf paste, drop of green colour and 1 tablespoon of ghee

  4. 4

    Cook this mixture on a low flame till it leave the sides, pour the mixture in a plate and roll the ladoos.
