This is my mom's recipe . She makes them for guests and family gatherings (also for us ) .
Cooking Instructions

Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes thick
- 2
Add the melted butter to the mixture
- 3
Add the vanilla poudre
- 4
Add the flour gradually while beating the mixture until the mixture becomes thick
- 5
Add the mixture to the waffle machine
- 6
Let them cook for couple of minutes

This is an adaptation of my pancake recipe (which I'd worked on for about 10 years) which I'd made after I got a waffle iron. I might like these even better, so definitely give it a try! Makes a great breakfast when you want something nice but don't want to spend too much time either.
