Steps

Wash and dry bhindi with the help of kitchen towel. cut in 1 inche size.
- Heat 1 spoon oil shellow fry Bhindi and keep a side
- In a small Katori add 2-3 spoon water add all dry masala accept salt mix n keep a side.
- In a bowl mix curd and water mix very well and keep a side. - 2
Heat oil in kadhyi. add methi dana and cumin Once it's crackle add chopped onion and garlic.
Once it's translucent add masala paste cook till oil release. switch off the flame or slow down the flame and add curd stir constantly, mix very well with masala and turn on flame
cook till oil separat with curd add bhindi Small onions, salt and cook for 5 min. cover it and cook for 2 more min.
