  1. For Strawberry Custard:
  2. 2 tbspStrawberry custard powder
  3. 2 cupmilk
  4. 4 tbspsugar
  5. For Vanilla Custard:
  6. 2 tbspvanilla custard powder
  7. 2 cupmilk
  8. 2 tbspsugar
  9. 1 packCandi biscuit (powder)
  10. Red jelly
  11. For Garnish:
  12. Almonds and pistachio

Cooking Instructions

    First prepare custard and keep it aside (it will thicken more as it cools)

  2. 2

    Add 4 to 5 tsp of milk in strawberry custard and mix well to make a fine paste.Add milk in pot and let it boil when it starts boiling then add sugar and mix well
    Add custard and continuously stir so that there is no lumps.

    Same process for vanilla custard make vanilla custard and keep it aside

    Take a serving bowl add red jelly then add strawberry custard

  5. 5

    Then add the layer of biscuit then add the layer of vanilla custard

  6. 6

    Then decorated with biscuit powder and some Almonds and pistachio
