Peel and cut brinjal into pieces

In pan add oil add chopped onion when it becomes translucent add zeera rai, methi dana and curry leaves when it cracks and get aroma add garlic paste cook for 1 min then add chopped tomatoes cook for 4 min till all masala combine.

Add brinjal and cook on medium flame for 2 min then add splash of water cover it and cook on slow flame for 5 to 8 min..

Garnish it with green chillies and coriander leaves..enjoy.
