Dice onions and fry in butter

Add curry and simmer with vinegar and sugar

Soak bread in milk and mash or pour milk into cup with breadcrumbs. Then add to curry mixture, use about 1/3 cup of milk

Add minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Add 1x beat egg and mix well

Fry the mince mixture lightly, just turning it over, do not stir.

Upturn mixture into buttered glass or ceramic dish for oven cooking

Beat 1x egg and add 2/3 cup of milk, season and pour over meat

Place a bay leaf on top with dabs of butter

Bake slowly at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes
