3 poundsyellow and white potatoes
As neededwater to boil potatoes in
1 stickbutter divided
As neededtable salt
As neededkosher salt
1/2 cupchopped chives
As neededextra virgin olive oil

Steps

Wash and boil the potatoes whole, till fork tender. Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit. Remove from water. Oil the pan, with olive oil. Place potatoes on pan and smash.

Add salts, chives, and butter, on top of smashed potatoes. Put into hot oven till crispy. Serve, I hope you enjoy!!!
