Steps

Take a pan add red chilies coriander seeds cumin seeds fenel seeds dry roast lightly and grind them to fine pawder and mix salt red chili pawder chat masala garammasala mix well and keep in jar aside

Take a pan add tamarind and jaggery and add water cook well and strain water and keep aside T

Take a mixer jar add dal onion garlic ginger green chili cumin seeds salt grind fine past keep aside for 2 hours

Take a pan add oil heat and fry bary and add in water and remove and keep aside

Take a bowl add bary and pour curd and sprinkle tamarind chattny and sprinkle grind masala and coriander leaves
