Ingredients

  1. 1 canbeans (white beans, kidney beans)
  2. 1 quartwater or vegetable broth (or enough to cover)
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. 1onion
  5. 8 pieceschorizo
  6. 2 tablespoonscrushed tomatoes
  7. Salt
  8. 1 teaspoonsweet paprika (I used turmeric)
  9. Olive oil

    Chop the onion, peel the garlic cloves, leave them whole, and fry in a pot with a little olive oil.

    Cut the chorizo into pieces, add to the pot, and sauté for a while.

    Once everything is softened, add the crushed tomatoes, let it cook for a few minutes, add the paprika, stir, and let it blend in.
