Cooking Instructions

Take the chorizo out of the package and remove the casings off of each sausage. Slice the chorizo into medallions. And chop The Onion.

Peel the garlic cloves and slice thinly and add to the chorizo. Add the chopped onion, butter, and saute in the instapot till the juices are rendered out of the chorizo.

When the onions are translucent, add the navy beans to the pot. Coat each of the beans with the liquids in the pot after you have rendered the chorizo.

Add the bay leaves and salt to the beans along with the chicken broth. Put on high pressure and cook for 40 minutes.
