Ingredients

10 minutes
10 servings
  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 3 cupwater
  • sugar as required
  • 5-6green cardamom
  • Raisins for garnish
  • Desi ghee as required

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat desi ghee in a wok add green cardamom and add sifted semolina continuously stir it as it stays changing color add sugar

    Mix it well as it turns brown add water ant cook it very well now garnish it with raisins and serve
