Ingredients

  • 4 slicesbread
  • 1onion chopped finely
  • 4 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 4tsp besan
  • 2tsp rice flour
  • 1tsp chilli powder
  • 1tsp turmeric powder
  • As tasteSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix besan,rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt onion chopped coriander leaves mix it then add water to make thick flowing batter.

  2. 2

    Cut bread slice in four triangular shape.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan dip bread slice in besan batter and place it on pan cook both sides till golden crisp.

  4. 4

    Serve with chutney and sauce enjoy the bite.
