Steps

Slice ginger into strips, tnen cut tofu puffs into four pcs.

Wash and cut spinach into two parts.

Heat wok then add oil, stir fry puffs for a while. Then remove and set aside.

Add oil again then drop ginger and garlic. Stir fry until fragrant, then add spinach mix it and pour a little water then mix.

Add salt and the puffs. Mix then simmer for 3 mins then remove. Serve.
