Take a bowl,add rava, salt, ginger, beet root,green chilli, sugar, and curd mix well,add required water make batter add 1tbsp oil in it keep aside for 20 min

Now heat steamer, grease plate with oil now mix fruit salt in batter and immediately pour in steamer cook 8to 10 min, chek with a knife, off the flame

After cooling cut into pieces, spread in plate, heat a tadka pan, add a grren chilli, mustard seed crackle it and pour on dhokla, yummy dhokla ready enjoy with coconut chutney
