Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 1/3 cupmilk (80 g)
  • 1 packetvanilla sugar
  • 6 slicesbrioche bread (or other bread)

    Whisk together the milk, vanilla sugar, and eggs.

    Heat a skillet with a little butter.

    Dip the bread slices in the mixture, then place them in the hot skillet.

    Cook for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.

    Serve with sugar, fruit, or your favorite toppings.
