  • 2 packetsscallop and pickled mustard green soup mix (such as Knorr)
  • 1 cancorn
  • 1 packagexiaolongbao (soup dumplings)
  • 2eggs
  • as neededWater,

Steps

    1. Add enough water to fill your pot about 70–80% full, then pour in the scallop and pickled mustard green soup mix.

    2. Once the soup comes to a boil, add the canned corn and xiaolongbao.

    When the xiaolongbao are cooked through, add the eggs and stir to break them up. Bring to a boil again, then serve.

大家好!我做料理已經有九年了!現在是個某間會計師事務所的記帳人員,同時也正在為考會計師鋪後路,常常一有時間就玩手機,但是,做料理時我是一個超多創意的人,甚至可以,讓一個不喜愛吃某種食物的人,看到自己討厭的食物仍然還是會吃。但是我真正想寫食譜的原因是......對爺爺的諾言外公的承諾,因為有這些事才會有今日成功的我,雖然爺爺和外公都去世了,但我還是會每年回報心情以及思念。就像是我都會把自己假日做的美食和朋友分享,因此有個閨蜜送我一句話:「有時候不需要言語,用食物就能夠傳達出你沒有說出口的話」聽到他說這句話,自己想了想,感覺食物成了我的發言人一樣!
