  • 1/2 cupBasmati rice
  • 2 cupsWater
  • handfulPeas
  • 100 gramPaneer
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 2Onions medium sized
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 spoonRed chilli powder
  • 1 spoonBiryani masala
  • 1 spoonJeera powder
  • 2 spoonsOil
  • 1Badi elaichi
  • 2Long
  • 1tej patta

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Take a cooker and put oil.

  2. 2

    Now add all khade masala

  3. 3

    Saute and add onions.

  4. 4

    When onions turn golden brown, add tomatoes and other veggies.

  5. 5

    Now add spice and mix.

  6. 6

    Now add soaked rice and water.

  7. 7

    Now put the gas to off after 4 whistles.

  8. 8

    Serve hot when whistle releases.
