Ramdan k amad amad hy aur is k lie khawateen k koshish hoti hy k wo ziada se ziada iftaar snacks bana k freeze kar lein t k ramdan mein unko muahkil na pesh aye bus isi trah mein n b tyari start k hai aur ye us tuari mein se phla step hai umeed krti hun ap sab ko pasand aye ga ..aj mein n different style s roll or samosa pati banae phr us mein filling kar k fry b kia k agr ye perfect ho to ap sab k saath share krun aur al hum du lillah mein kamyab b hui..

Ingredients

1 cupall-purpose flour
1 tspsalt
1 cupor as required water
1 tbspoil

Steps

Sift the flour,add in salt..
Add water gradually n mix well till no lumps than add oil n mix again

Now sieve this mixture just to make sure there is no lumps..

Boil the water,
Take a nonstick pan n slightly grease with oil.
Pour this mixture n put it on boiling water sauce pan n steam cook till done or leaves edges..

Place it on clean napkin n cover it immediately..

You ca n make both samosa n roll from this sheet..
