Samak Rice Pancake (Farali)

Soak the samak rice in water for 1 hour and chopped the vegetables. Peel the boiled potatoes.

Now in a mixer grinder add rice curd potatoes and little water to make the batter.

Pour the running consistency batter in a bowl and add veggies jeera black pepper and rock salt.

Mix well all material followed by adding ¼ tsp eatable soda or eno powder.

In a frying pan pour 2 big spoon batter by adding some oil and cover it with lid. Flip over after 2 minutes. Flame should be low to medium.

Cook from both sides. Now tje samak pancake is ready. Serve this with peanut chutney.
