  2. 1 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1 teaspoonbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the skin of bottom side asparagus.

    Boil asparagus in salted boiling water for 2 minutes and turn off the flame. Then stay it for 2 minutes. (Eco boiling)

    Drain and fry asparagus with butter.

    Sprinkle soy sauce to taste. Enjoy 🌸
