  • 1 1/2 ltr Milk, sugar
  • as required , water,
  • as required kesar,
  • as required pista
  • 1,lemon

  1. 1

    Mix 4 teaspoon lemon juice in boiled 1 ltr milk & make chhena by keeping it cotton in cloth then mix 1 teaspoon cornflower in and rub it till it become smooth,

    Make small balls and keep them in bolied sugar sirap,make it cool and put them in rabadi
