  • Halfcup powdered milk(you can use liquid milk)
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • Halfcup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cupwater
  • Vegetable oil/butter

    Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl

    Add some water and whisk until smooth

    Place a pan on heat and add oil or butter

    Then shallow fry
